Care & Use Instructions

• Use medium heat for everyday cooking
• Add a thin layer of oil before cooking
• Safe for everyday use with metal utensils, avoid cutting, chopping, or repeatedly scraping with sharp edges, which can damage the engineered surface over time
• Wash with warm water and mild soap, or dishwasher safe
• For stubborn residue, soak briefly before scrubbing with a normal scrub pad
• Steel wool can be used for tougher residue, use light pressure and avoid aggressive or prolonged scrubbing
• Built to handle everyday temperature changes, from stovetop to sink
• Avoid leaving the pan empty on a lit stove for extended periods
