Your Ember Kadai is designed for everyday cooking and built to last. Follow these simple care and use instructions to keep it performing at its best.

• Use wooden or silicone utensils to help protect the cooking surface. Avoid using metal utensils.
• Do not use steel wool or abrasive scrubbers, as they may damage the coating.
• Hand wash with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge after each use.
• Cook on medium to low heat for the best cooking performance and to extend the life of the cookware.
• Allow the kadai to cool before washing. Avoid pouring cold water onto a hot surface, as sudden temperature changes can affect the coating and long-term performance.

Warranty

• Limited 5 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or issues from regular use.
