Keep your Ember pan performing like new with these simple care tips:

• Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the cooking surface. Avoid metal utensils.

• Do not use steel wool or abrasive scrubbers, as they can damage the coating.

• Hand wash only using warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge.

• Cook on medium to low heat for the best everyday cooking performance and longer coating life.

• Allow the pan to cool naturally before washing. Avoid pouring cold water onto a hot pan to help preserve the non-stick coating and extend its lifespan.
