Care & Use Instructions

• This is cast iron, it likes simplicity
• Cook at the heat you're used to
• A little oil goes a long way, let the surface do its thing
• Wash with warm water and mild soap
• Dry thoroughly after every wash with an easy dry wipe
• Avoid soaking for extended periods
• If the surface ever looks dry or food starts sticking, a light oil refresh brings it right back, with use, it only gets better

Warranty

• 10 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. Cast iron naturally changes with use, seasoning deepens, the surface develops character, and marks appear over time, these are expected and not covered. Rust caused by improper care and normal cosmetic wear are also not covered.
