I tested a hoverboard and an electric scooter with the help of Kaustubh and Suman, and I was quite impressed with both. The build quality of the devices is exceptional, and the motors deliver solid acceleration. Although the battery life is reasonably good, I found the ride to be a bit stiff. Overall, these products are excellent options for city commuting!

It was an excellent purchasing experience from Epik team, right from enquiry stage by Ms Jhanvi who scheduled the demo at my convenient date and time, Mr Suman gave fantastic demo, which made my decision faster and freeze the model, same day itself I made up my mind and placed my purchase order to the team and very next day Mr Khastubh, arrived with a huge box on appointed time and explained the salient features of product to me and my wife and unboxed the ILIFE T20S Pro, which I presume is the top of the range with very high succusion power. Epik did a superb job of home demo of two products - upliance.ai and iLife t60s robo vacuum. The tricky bit with devices like these is that you need to get a sense of how well do they do in your home environment. This is the hack that Epik allowed us to experience. Likhith from Epik was timely, well informed, and generally easy to communicate with for the demos. Epik was able to offer a better deal than retail when buying via them. Overall, quite pleased with the interaction and good job done by Epik.

Really loved the demo given by Tushar and likhith and the products were also seeming useful. They bought their own materials and maintained utmost hygiene throughout the process.
