Care and Use

• Cook on low to medium heat to protect the tin lining
• Use wooden or silicone spatulas, not metal, to avoid scratching the kalai
• Wash with mild soap and a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool and abrasive cleaners
• Dry thoroughly after every wash to prevent watermarks
• Brass oxidises naturally over time and develops a darker patina. This is normal and does not affect safety or performance
• Restore shine using P•TAL x Happi Planet de-oxidising solution, or a homemade scrub of atta, salt and lemon
