Care and Use Instructions

• Cook on low to medium heat to protect the Malaysian tin lining
• Use wooden or silicone spatulas to avoid scratches
• Wash with mild soap and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or steel wool
• Use the included P•TAL x Happi Planet de-oxidising cleaning solution, or a natural homemade scrub (atta, salt, and lemon), to maintain shine
• Dry thoroughly after each wash to prevent watermarks
• Brass naturally oxidises with use, developing a darker patina over time; this is normal for uncoated metal and does not affect health, safety, or performance
• Re-coat (kalai) as needed to maintain performance and safety
